1. In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), our company, as Data Controller, will process your personal data for the purpose of recording, storing, transferring, updating and classifying in accordance with the text explained below, depending on and limited to business purposes. In this context, in accordance with the Laws and Regulations issued to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to protect personal data, the security of your personal data is ensured with high-level technology in order to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data and to ensure its protection.

Your personal data processed by our company includes: Name-Surname, Identity number, Telephone numbers (Home-Work), E-mail address, signature, call center/customer service voice recordings, bank information, contact addresses (receiving-sending addresses), address and contact information of recipients, identity information of recipients, detailed information about the delivery product, and other personal data you have transmitted to us. These may be processed for purposes such as: to address the caller correctly, to control sales, supply, logistics management, to manage the process, to make invoicing, to make legal notifications, to carry out delivery transactions, to follow up customer requests and/or complaints, to manage business processes, to promote products and services, to determine usage habits, to send commercial electronic messages, to improve the services offered on our website, and to ensure contract and financial agreement.
